1. New Pallets
We build new pallets of all sizes and quantities to meet your needs.
We can design a pallet for your exact needs with
our
computerized design software to meet the requirements
of your
unit load. Large or small, we will build it.
Large quantities are produced on a Viking
automatic nailing
machine for efficient, consistent production.
Smaller rush orders can be produced with hand-held
nail guns
within 24 hours.

around the United States.
2. Remanufactured Pallets
We remanufacture pallets with new stringers and recycled deck
boards, or vice versa. This is a very effective
way to lower your
pallet costs. We also may mix new wood with used
wood to help
keep your costs down.
3. Reconditioned 48x40 GMA Pallets
A quality-reconditioned pallet provides the same function as a new
pallet, but costs less. Many of these pallets
have only been used
once. This is the most common size, and can work
for most unit
loads. These are graded to three grades: AA,
1, and 2.
